Salary: €200,000 — €275,000 EUR

What you will do

  • Define and lead the global strategy for the end-to-end employee and manager experience to ensure scalability and cultural alignment.
  • Oversee all employee-facing People Operations, leveraging automation and AI to improve service delivery and efficiency.
  • Lead internal communications, employee branding, and initiatives to strengthen engagement and cultural alignment.
  • Own onboarding and manager effectiveness programs to equip leaders and drive business outcomes.
  • Build a world-class manager support organization to provide direct access to expert guidance and People generalists.
  • Ensure seamless execution and governance of performance management and engagement programs.

Requirements

  • Experience thinking like a product leader, designing experiences focused on user needs.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex processes and relentlessly challenge unnecessary complexity.
  • Strong data-driven approach to inform decisions and prioritize organizational investments.
  • Track record of building high-performing teams and developing future leaders.
  • Ability to balance operational excellence with strategic innovation and a customer-service mindset.
  • Must be based in Dublin, Ireland
