What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior functional leaders, building and implementing people plans that enable business goals and organizational health.
- Lead talent management across performance enablement, succession planning, organizational design, and team effectiveness.
- Use people data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and recommend strategies to improve performance, engagement, and productivity.
- Drive change management initiatives supporting evolving business structures and leadership transitions.
- Collaborate with HRBP peers and cross-functional HR partners (TA, Total Rewards, HR Infra) to deliver end-to-end solutions for the client group.
- Strengthen the HRBP function by modeling best practices and contributing to scalable global HR programs and processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including business partnering and experience working with C-suite leaders.
- Experience supporting crypto, fintech, or financial-institution businesses in a highly regulated, fast-evolving environment.
- Proven track record partnering with senior leaders on performance management, talent strategy, and organizational change.
- Experience supporting global, cross-cultural teams with comfort navigating time zones and cultural nuances (occasional international travel).
- Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills across all stakeholder levels.
- Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making.
