What you will do

  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior functional leaders, building and implementing people plans that enable business goals and organizational health.
  • Lead talent management across performance enablement, succession planning, organizational design, and team effectiveness.
  • Use people data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and recommend strategies to improve performance, engagement, and productivity.
  • Drive change management initiatives supporting evolving business structures and leadership transitions.
  • Collaborate with HRBP peers and cross-functional HR partners (TA, Total Rewards, HR Infra) to deliver end-to-end solutions for the client group.
  • Strengthen the HRBP function by modeling best practices and contributing to scalable global HR programs and processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including business partnering and experience working with C-suite leaders.
  • Experience supporting crypto, fintech, or financial-institution businesses in a highly regulated, fast-evolving environment.
  • Proven track record partnering with senior leaders on performance management, talent strategy, and organizational change.
  • Experience supporting global, cross-cultural teams with comfort navigating time zones and cultural nuances (occasional international travel).
  • Strong communication, influence, and relationship-building skills across all stakeholder levels.
  • Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making.
