TL;DR

Salary: $186,500 - $256,000

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end relationship with a portfolio of reseller partners, including VARs and accounting firms.
  • Build and manage a partner-sourced pipeline to achieve and exceed individual customer acquisition quotas.
  • Drive co-selling motions and execute sell-through strategies for mid-market products.
  • Champion the adoption of hirify.global Agent Studio as a strategic AI differentiator for end customers.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with clear revenue targets and growth milestones.
  • Provide market intelligence and partner feedback to inform the mid-market go-to-market roadmap.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of quota-carrying experience in channel sales or partner account management within SaaS or technology.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota through indirect sales motions.
  • Experience managing co-selling and sell-through engagements with reseller partners.
  • Strong discipline in pipeline management, forecasting, and partner accountability.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
  • Must be based in one of the specified US locations.

Nice to have

  • Experience in mid-market accounting, ERP, or financial management software.
  • Familiarity with the QuickBooks ecosystem and mid-market product lineup.
  • Prior experience with value-added resellers (VARs) or accounting firm resellers.
  • Understanding of AI-powered software adoption and agentic AI business value.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
