Salary: $196,000 – $257,250

What you will do

• Build and execute comprehensive joint business plans with Deloitte to drive growth across Americas sectors.
• Inspire and enable the partner to grow their Snowflake practice through certification plans and delivery quality assessments.
• Coordinate co-marketing initiatives including events, webinars, and content creation to increase brand visibility.
• Assist field teams with deal support, registration, and proposal alignment to ensure efficient sales cycles.
• Own GACV and consumption numbers, identifying pipeline gaps and holding regional teams accountable for performance.
• Facilitate proactive alignment between Snowflake Sales, Professional Services, and Marketing leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, sales, or business development in technology.
• 5+ years of channel sales or program management experience with accountability for revenue targets.
• Proven track record of success and established relationships with System Integrators, specifically Deloitte.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack.
• Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI productivity tools like Gemini or Snowflake Cortex.
• Working knowledge of Cloud environments.
