What you will do

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of internationally dispersed senior/principal engineers through 1:1s and performance management.
• Build and scale common SaaS platform services, including shared APIs, identity, orchestration, and reliability capabilities.
• Define and deliver core AI capabilities in production, focusing on service abstractions, model integration, and observability.
• Establish AI tooling standards and lead the cultural transition toward an AI-first development workflow.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to shape product vision, define roadmaps, and align technical strategy with business outcomes.
• Coordinate the management of Foundation FedRAMP services to maintain and evolve the product's compliance posture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience, with 5+ years as a Senior Engineer and 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident due to FedRAMP/Government Cloud access requirements.
• Proven success in a player-coach leadership role within SaaS or platform engineering environments.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Golang.
• Experience with cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and FedRAMP-compliant environments.
• Ability to manage internationally dispersed teams and drive cross-team technical standards.
