Salary: $315K – $345K + Equity + Bonus

hirify.global is building an AI platform for audit and advisory firms to automate and streamline the work of practitioners at the world's largest CPA firms.

What you will do

• Lead the Platform org spanning infrastructure, application platform, agentic engineering, and site reliability.
• Own the deployable infrastructure surface, including multi-geography SaaS regions, federal regions, and private deployments.
• Develop the operating model for pillar roadmaps, service ownership, and cross-pillar architecture decisions.
• Establish reliability practices across platform services, including SLOs, dashboards, runbooks, and incident reviews.
• Build hirify.global's internal agentic engineering platform to empower the EPD organization.
• Hire, coach, and develop Tech Leads and managers to own platform domains and pillars.

Requirements

• Experience leading platform or infrastructure teams through a growth stage.
• Ability to reason across APIs, authorization, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, reliability, and AI runtime.
• Proven track record of building teams with TLs or managers who own roadmaps and operational quality.
• Judgment on build-versus-buy tradeoffs for shared platforms and vendor dependencies.
• Familiarity with SRE practices, including SLIs, SLOs, and toil reduction.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modern AI application infrastructure, including model routing, retrieval, evals, and agent runtimes.
• Experience with private deployments, multi-region systems, or FedRAMP compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, managed Postgres, and CI/CD.
• Prior experience as a founding platform leader at a vertical SaaS or enterprise AI company.
