What you will do

• Build AI-powered internal tools and systems from concept through production.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and operations with AI.
• Design and implement intelligent workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Translate business needs into practical product and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with teams across A1 to understand problems and deliver impactful solutions.
• Own end-to-end execution, including deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

Requirements

• Experience with backend, full-stack, or platform development.
• Strong programming fundamentals and technical problem-solving ability.
• Experience building and shipping production software, AI applications, or automation systems.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems independently and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations is advantageous.
