What you will do

• Lead team capacity planning, recruitment, and performance management for technical leads.
• Oversee architectural design and technical decisions for complex integration projects.
• Manage infrastructure security and SOC 2 compliance for sensitive financial and PII data.
• Implement data quality monitoring systems and cross-source validation techniques.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, code review workflows, and development best practices.
• Represent the engineering team in technical discussions with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in software or backend engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, distributed backend architecture, API design, and relational databases.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Knowledge of PII compliance frameworks and secure coding principles.
• Experience with API reverse-engineering and browser automation using Chrome DevTools Protocol (CDP).

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM-based autonomous agents for data processing.
• Experience with observability systems in production environments.
