Salary: $110,000 - $185,000 Annual

What you will do

• Coordinate multiple agile Scrum/Kanban teams and testing resources for cloud migration.
• Lead end-to-end cloud migration projects from assessment and planning to post-migration support.
• Design and implement Data Center Extension strategies for hybrid cloud environments.
• Manage the Program Increment (PI) planning process and lead Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure compliance with financial sector regulatory requirements and security policies.
• Provide people management, coaching, and performance evaluations for the team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Technology experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 15+ years without).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven experience in Data Center Extension and hybrid cloud architecture design.
• Expertise in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Jira/Jira Align.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• SAFe Certified Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer.
• Prior experience in the financial services industry.
• Cloud architecture certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with cloud cost optimization and performance tuning.
