What you will do

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of developers to deliver enterprise-grade software.
  • Champion an AI-first culture by integrating AI tools into workflows to enhance productivity and product performance.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of software projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to own technical design and architecture decisions.
  • Partner with product managers to align development efforts with business priorities and user needs.
  • Lead operational excellence efforts to ensure system reliability and support patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of software development experience with recent experience as a Development Manager or Team Lead.
  • Strong background in Java, Python, Spring, and SQL.
  • Deep understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and manage complex technical projects.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Salt Lake City, UT.
  • Experience leveraging AI technologies and frameworks in software delivery.
