What you will do

• Perform root-cause analysis of production data issues using SQL across engineering and operations teams.
• Support and contribute to ETL pipeline development and the full development lifecycle.
• Act as the primary liaison between fund administrators, business groups, and technology teams to resolve data exceptions.
• Define and document business and technical requirements for new features and existing data workflows.
• Develop exception management tooling, metrics, and dashboards for stakeholder visibility.
• Conduct UAT and identify automation initiatives to reduce manual intervention in data workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data support, or application support within financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for data investigation and root-cause diagnostics.
• Experience with private equity, hedge fund, or alternative investment operations.
• Familiarity with ETL pipeline concepts and workflow automation.
• Must be based in Salt Lake City, Utah, to support the hybrid office schedule.

• Proficiency in Python.
• Exposure to AI-assisted tooling or automation frameworks.
