Salary: $132,000 – $148,500 gross per annum

What you will do

• Develop business models and financial frameworks to evaluate new product opportunities, including TAM sizing and unit economics.
• Perform customer segmentation using behavioral data to validate product-market fit and inform go-to-market strategies.
• Create datamarts, dashboards, and metrics frameworks from scratch to support reporting and experimentation.
• Design and analyze A/B tests, translating results into actionable product recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define success metrics and optimize customer journeys.
• Utilize AI tools and automation to scale analytical output and surface insights faster.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product or business analytics, preferably in fintech or e-commerce.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Math, Economics, Stats, Engineering).
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience analyzing large datasets.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and building data pipelines.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Mode, Looker, or Tableau.
• Must be based in or able to work from Arlington, VA for a hybrid schedule.
