Senior Product Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Arlington, VA, United States of America; hybrid with an in-office expectation of at least 50% of the time, typically three days per week.

Salary: $132,000–$148,500 gross per year, plus equity and additional compensation components.

What you will do

• Build business models and financial frameworks for new lending, payments, and other financial product opportunities, including market sizing, unit economics, and NPV analysis.
• Segment customers using behavioral and transactional data to identify underserved groups, validate product-market fit, and support go-to-market strategy.
• Create datamarts, dashboards, scalable data models, and metrics frameworks for reporting, experimentation, and self-service analysis.
• Implement data quality monitoring, anomaly detection, and alerting for critical metric drift.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments, turning results into actionable product recommendations.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to define success metrics, monitor launches, identify customer friction, and apply AI tools to accelerate analysis.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, or a related quantitative role, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, or consumer financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economics, engineering, statistics, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing large datasets from multiple sources.
• Experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, schemas, transformations, and analysis-ready data sources.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Mode, Looker, or Tableau.
• Experience with financial analysis for early-stage products, customer segmentation, ambiguity, and data storytelling.
