Salary: $170,000 – $210,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Embed within core business units to own the analytical function end-to-end.
• Define business problems and identify the right questions to inform strategic decisions.
• Build reports, define key metrics, and design experiments to drive growth and product development.
• Surface data insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Drive execution of initiatives across product, growth, AI, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
• Ability to influence leadership through clear, persuasive communication.
• Must reside in one of the specified US states or Ontario, Canada.
