What you will do

• Analyze consumer credit card portfolio performance across the entire customer lifecycle.
• Partner with marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize customer acquisition.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Establish reporting processes and governance standards to improve data integrity and scalability.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive offerings to identify portfolio optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on Blend’s W2 without sponsorship
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, consumer lending, or credit card portfolio analytics.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets.
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using visualization tools.
