What you will do
- Lead the strategy, design, and execution of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentives, and equity.
- Partner with senior leaders to align compensation programs with business priorities, values, and culture.
- Analyze market trends and economic conditions to develop recommendations for talent retention and business growth.
- Collaborate with People, Finance, and Legal teams to solve complex compensation challenges.
- Prepare materials and lead analyses for the Compensation Committee, Board, and executive leadership.
- Oversee compensation tools and systems to improve data quality, efficiency, and employee experience.
Requirements
- 12+ years of compensation experience, with significant focus on executive compensation programs.
- Deep expertise in market benchmarking, incentive design, governance, and program administration.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel for building complex compensation models and scenario analyses.
- Experience leveraging modern analytics and AI-enabled tools such as Snowflake, Sigma Computing, or Claude Code.
- Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Strong executive presence and ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
