TL;DR

HR Reporting & Data Lead (HR Analytics): Owning HR reporting, data, and analytics end-to-end to provide visibility into workforce performance with an accent on Workday infrastructure and Master Data Management. Focus on automating reports, designing KPIs/dashboards for senior leadership, and ensuring SOX compliance.

Location: NYC Global HQ (Onsite)

Salary: $100,000 – $163,000

What you will do

  • Build and automate HR reports, KPIs, and dashboards using Workday and Tableau to track company performance.
  • Own HR Master Data Management and establish data governance standards, including naming conventions and data dictionaries.
  • Support the CHRO with data-driven insights and prepare Board-level presentations and executive briefings.
  • Manage compliance reporting (e.g., EEO-1) and coordinate quarterly SOX User Access Reviews.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline recurring data management tasks and reporting processes.
  • Partner with IT to maintain data lineage and support acquisition data transitions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR analytics or consulting within a global company.
  • 5+ years of deep experience with Workday Reporting and Master Data Management.
  • Proven track record of providing analytics for CHRO-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and GDPR.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Google Suite, and macOS.
  • Must be based in New York City to work from the Global HQ.
