Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles, CA (Westwood Office, 3 days/week)

Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary analytical advisor for Merchant executive leadership to drive high-stakes business strategy.
• Architect and maintain a long-term analytical roadmap for Merchant and Loan portfolios.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models to enhance merchant operations and loan management.
• Own the "Golden Source" for all Merchant KPIs, profitability, and risk frameworks.
• Design experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, incrementality, and elasticity modeling.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business leadership to ensure robust data infrastructure.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant analytical experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering).
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience leveraging BI tools such as Tableau or Sigma for executive storytelling.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Los Angeles, CA (3 days/week).
