What you will do
- Own full-cycle enterprise new logo sales across Europe, from target strategy to closing.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
- Lead consultative sales cycles ensuring strong qualification and forecast accuracy.
- Create compelling executive narratives and business cases focused on ROI and operating model impact.
- Collaborate with Solution Architecture to scope outcomes and de-risk enterprise adoption.
- Act as an executive sponsor during roll-out to ensure alignment and identify expansion pathways.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or strategic new business.
- Proven track record of closing high-value, multi-year, multi-property deals across Europe.
- Capability in consultative, value-based selling and executive storytelling.
- Technical acumen in platform and integration-heavy environments.
- Must be based in Europe with willingness to travel for key enterprise moments.
Nice to have
- Based in Munich or Berlin.
- German language proficiency.
- Existing network across European hotel groups, ownership companies, or hospitality consultants.
- Experience selling platform products or agentic AI solutions.
