TL;DR

Sales Director - Strategic Accounts (Hospitality SaaS): Winning new enterprise business across Europe and building traction with global accounts with an accent on consultative, value-based selling and executive storytelling for multi-stakeholder organizations. Focus on creating business cases/ROI, orchestrating partner-rich solutions, and integrating AI capabilities into hospitality operating models.

Location: Remote-first across Europe; must be Europe-based. Preference for candidates based in Munich or Berlin.

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle enterprise new logo sales across Europe, from target strategy to closing.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles ensuring strong qualification and forecast accuracy.
  • Create compelling executive narratives and business cases focused on ROI and operating model impact.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architecture to scope outcomes and de-risk enterprise adoption.
  • Act as an executive sponsor during roll-out to ensure alignment and identify expansion pathways.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or strategic new business.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value, multi-year, multi-property deals across Europe.
  • Capability in consultative, value-based selling and executive storytelling.
  • Technical acumen in platform and integration-heavy environments.
  • Must be based in Europe with willingness to travel for key enterprise moments.

Nice to have

  • Based in Munich or Berlin.
  • German language proficiency.
  • Existing network across European hotel groups, ownership companies, or hospitality consultants.
  • Experience selling platform products or agentic AI solutions.
