Customer Marketing Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and optimize customer marketing programs, including onboarding and cross-sell campaigns.
• Partner with email, content, product marketing, sales, and technical product experts to launch targeted campaigns and customer communications.
• Facilitate and host customer marketing events.
• Track program and KPI performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior leadership.
• Research audiences and competitors to test new customer marketing opportunities and tactics.
• Analyze product usage and customer engagement data to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Previous experience driving successful customer marketing programs.
• Experience managing and executing customer marketing campaigns across the customer journey.
• Strong knowledge of customer marketing principles and tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Must reside in one of hirify.global's open US states; the role does not generally qualify for employment visa sponsorship.
