TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Scottsdale, AZ (5 days per week)

What you will do

  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through a 100% outbound motion.
  • Engage prospects using cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Qualify leads utilizing the SPICED methodology to build a high-quality pipeline.
  • Partner with Account Executives to drive top-of-funnel activity and support revenue growth.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and Salesforce to personalize outreach and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ five days per week.
  • 1+ years of sales, customer-facing, or competitive experience (internships or athletics valued).
  • Experience in SaaS, CRM, or technology sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Ability to professionally utilize AI tools for messaging and prospecting workflows.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a resilient, competitive mindset.
