What you will do

• Build and maintain trusted-advisor relationships with C-level and mission leadership across public-sector accounts.
• Shape executive thinking on secure data and AI modernization, emphasizing lakehouse architecture as a foundation for governance and GenAI.
• Lead executive briefings and strategy sessions to align agency priorities with practical Databricks-based roadmaps.
• Engage with architects and engineers on design trade-offs and develop reusable public-sector reference architectures.
• Provide structured feedback from strategic customers into Product and Engineering leadership regarding compliance and public-sector features.
• Represent the company externally at conferences, councils, and executive forums for public-sector audiences.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, consulting, and public-sector transformation.
• Significant experience working with U.S. public-sector institutions (federal, defense, intelligence, state/local, or education).
• Strong background in modern data architectures, distributed systems, and AI/ML platforms.
• Experience with public cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• U.S. citizenship required; active security clearance is preferred.
• Direct experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical strategy, or transformation leadership.
