Location: Remote on the East Coast, USA or Hybrid in the New Jersey office. Must have employment rights in the US (no sponsorship provided).
Salary: $240,000 - $290,000 USD per annum

What you will do
- Serve as lead legal counsel for product launch on all promotional matters.
- Review and approve promotional materials (HCP and patient-facing) ensuring compliance with FDA OPDP, FTC, and PhRMA Code.
- Draft and negotiate commercial vendor, supply, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics agreements.
- Support the negotiation of payer and market access agreements, including reimbursement and innovative contracting models.
- Deliver targeted training and guidance to brand teams and commercial stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally with clinical, commercial, market access, finance, and compliance teams.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 3-5+ years of legal experience, with meaningful in-house experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry strongly preferred.
- Significant experience drafting and negotiating R&D, commercial vendor, and payer agreements.
- Must be based on the US East Coast (for remote) or in New Jersey (for hybrid).
- Must have valid US employment rights; sponsorship is not available.

- Experience supporting a clinical to commercial transition or first product launch.
- Exposure to market access, reimbursement, or payer contracting strategy.
- Experience building scalable contracting frameworks in a growing organization.
