What you will do

• Conduct on-site inspections and field investigations for assigned residential and commercial property claims.
• Document damages, causation indicators, and findings using measurements, photographs, and diagrams.
• Evaluate loss facts to support investigations of coverage, liability, and exposure.
• Prepare accurate, well-documented reports and maintain complete file documentation.
• Coordinate with examiners, carriers, policyholders, vendors, and attorneys.
• Manage field assignments within strict service expectations and turnaround times.

Requirements

• 3+ years of field adjusting or related claims experience.
• Active adjuster license(s) and ability to obtain additional licenses based on territory.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local and regional travel within Virginia.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and Xactware products.
• Experience with third-party estimating resources such as Eagleview or Hover.
• Strong investigative mindset and professional communication skills.
