What you will do

• Inspect and evaluate vehicle physical damage virtually or in the field for first and third party claims.
• Create detailed damage summaries and repair cost estimates based on current market values.
• Negotiate settlements and agreed-upon pricing with repair facilities and related parties.
• Research actual cash values of vehicles and parts to determine settlements for total losses.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and provide timely updates throughout the repair process.
• Ensure all claims adjudication follows company standards, industry best practices, and legal regulations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry.
• 5+ years of experience in auto vehicle estimating and handling complex damage claims and total losses.
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain/maintain a current Independent Adjuster License.
• Solid understanding of insurance industry practices, standards, and terminology.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in one of the approved US states listed in the location section.
