What you will do

• Partner with EMEA managers and employees to provide practical HR guidance and support.
• Advise on employee relations, including performance, conduct, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure HR policies and employment laws are applied consistently across different jurisdictions.
• Support talent reviews, coaching, career development, and employee engagement activities.
• Collaborate with Legal and HR Centres of Excellence on workforce changes and restructures.
• Provide data-driven insights and practical recommendations to help leaders make informed people decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Advisor.
• Strong understanding of employment law in one or more EMEA jurisdictions.
• Ability to manage complex employee relations cases and assess risks.
• Experience in a matrixed, international, or multi-site environment.
• Relevant HR qualification or degree.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• CIPD qualification or equivalent professional HR accreditation.
• Experience in manufacturing, technology, or engineering environments.
• Experience working within unionised or employee representative environments.
