Location: Springtown, Derry / Londonderry, Northern Ireland, UK. Sponsorship for a Skilled Worker Visa is not available.

What you will do
- Partner with EMEA managers and employees to provide practical HR guidance and support.
- Advise on employee relations, including performance, conduct, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure HR policies and employment laws are applied consistently across different jurisdictions.
- Support talent reviews, coaching, career development, and employee engagement activities.
- Collaborate with Legal and HR Centres of Excellence on workforce changes and restructures.
- Provide data-driven insights and practical recommendations to help leaders make informed people decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Advisor.
- Strong understanding of employment law in one or more EMEA jurisdictions.
- Ability to manage complex employee relations cases and assess risks.
- Experience in a matrixed, international, or multi-site environment.
- Relevant HR qualification or degree.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional HR accreditation.
- Experience in manufacturing, technology, or engineering environments.
- Experience working within unionised or employee representative environments.
