HR Partner (Digital Health): Providing strategic HR support and guidance to the Patient Experience function with an accent on employee relations, performance management, and management coaching. Location: Hybrid London/Winnersh (Must be based in the UK)

A leading digital health company specialising in cannabis-based medicines (CBPM) dedicated to improving patient access to safe and effective treatments.
What you will do
- Partner with Team Leads in the Patient Experience team to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and development.
- Act as a trusted advisor on wellbeing, absence, conduct, and people coaching.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from induction and probation through to progression and offboarding.
- Coach and support managers to lead effectively in alignment with company culture and values.
- Collaborate with the Head of People & Talent on people initiatives, process improvements, and organizational development projects.
- Utilize data and employee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and proactively solve problems.
Requirements
- Strong HRBP experience within a fast-paced, high-growth, or operational environment.
- Proven track record of supporting managers with complex people management and performance challenges.
- Confidence in handling employee relations matters with a calm, fair, and pragmatic approach.
- Must be based in the UK to work from the London (Kings Cross) and Winnersh (Reading) offices.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at different levels.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting large frontline or customer-focused teams.
- Working knowledge of UK employment law.
- Experience using HR systems such as HiBob.
