Location: Hybrid (London, UK)
Salary: Up to £75,441 (including London Weighting) plus 15% bonus

What you will do
- Partner with leaders across multiple functions to deliver people plans aligned with organisational priorities.
- Collaborate with the Head of HR to implement strategies for growth and creative excellence.
- Drive culture and engagement initiatives to promote inclusive and high-performing teams.
- Forecast workforce demand for freelancers, fixed-term staff, and specialist creative talent.
- Provide coaching and data-driven guidance to senior leaders for decision-making.
- Lead organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading organisational and cultural change in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to lead challenging conversations and address complex people issues with empathy.
- Strong coaching and influencing skills for developing senior talent.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and exercise sound judgement.
- Experience using data and insight to shape HR solutions.
- Experience working within complex stakeholder environments, including union engagement.
Nice to have
- HRBP experience in television, media, broadcasting, or creative industries.
- Experience managing freelance or project-based workforces.
- Exposure to scripted production environments.
