What you will do
- Partner with the Consumer Channels Executive team to translate business priorities into actionable people plans and measurable outcomes.
- Support the delivery of the Consumer Relationships and Group People Plans, embedding corporate purpose and values.
- Shape workforce and capability planning by analyzing demand and capacity for digital, telephony, and face-to-face services.
- Implement people initiatives and policy changes within a fast-paced operational environment.
- Evolve the operating model to reduce friction, increase speed, and improve colleague productivity.
- Drive leadership performance through executive coaching, talent planning, and inclusive team interventions.
Requirements
- Expertise in core HR disciplines with a proven track record of leading within senior management teams.
- Strong relationship management, influencing, and coaching skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data sources to inform strategic planning and decisions.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a capacity to connect broad business goals.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and focus on high-impact deliverables.
- Must be based in the UK and able to commit to a hybrid work pattern (minimum 40% office attendance)
