TL;DR

Sr. HR Business Partner (HRBP): Driving HR initiatives, talent strategies, and organizational development across DACH, Nordics, and UK&I regions with an accent on leadership coaching and employee relations. Focus on elevating company culture to support high-performance environments and solving complex people and business issues within a matrix organization.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK / Shannon, Ireland)

What you will do

  • Provide leadership consulting and coaching to senior leadership and client groups.
  • Drive HR initiatives, talent strategies, and organizational development activities.
  • Manage employee relations and conduct employee coaching sessions.
  • Facilitate planning and meeting sessions to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate across business functions in a matrix organization to solve complex people and business issues.
  • Lead change management and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience as a Senior HR Business Partner.
  • Strong understanding of EMEA International employment law.
  • Experience working with a German Works Council.
  • Broad knowledge and demonstrated experience in the HR function.
  • English fluency is essential.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in German.
  • Experience supporting a changing technology organization.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and coach employees at all levels.
  • Leadership development and group facilitation experience.
