What you will do
- Shape and deliver talent and performance products, frameworks, and initiatives to support leadership capability.
- Act as Product Owner for talent solutions, defining requirements and roadmaps in collaboration with design and technology teams.
- Support enterprise talent reviews, succession planning, and career development using data-driven insights.
- Partner with stakeholders to implement scalable, user-centered solutions that meet diverse colleague needs.
- Leverage data, AI, and SAP SuccessFactors to enhance decision-making and improve the colleague experience.
- Define and track success measures to evaluate the impact of talent interventions and inform future priorities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Expertise in performance management design and delivery.
- Strong ability to interpret workforce data, identify trends, and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in business partnering within a large, complex organization.
- Must be based in Birmingham, Bristol, London, or Manchester.
Nice to have
- Product ownership experience.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
