TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in Studio), Stratford, East London, UK

What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to line managers, supporting them in delivering people plans and responding to team needs.
- Coach managers on effectively managing performance, wellbeing, engagement, and day-to-day employee relations.
- Manage key aspects of the team member lifecycle, including onboarding, probation reviews, internal moves, and offboarding.
- Partner with the Recruitment team to deliver a positive candidate experience and effective hiring outcomes.
- Use engagement survey results and people data to identify themes, track progress, and inform action planning.
- Collaborate with central HR services to ensure policies are applied consistently and in legal compliance.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK to comply with hybrid studio attendance and employment law requirements.
- HR generalist experience at the HR Advisor or Junior HRBP/People Partner level.
- Good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience using HR systems (Workday is an advantage).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate people data into meaningful insights.
