What you will do

• Define and lead the information management strategy and governance frameworks for the ALTO high-speed rail project.
• Develop metadata structures, naming conventions, and classification systems to ensure structured information architecture.
• Oversee the integration and structuring of information across BIM, GIS, EDMS, and PMIS environments.
• Lead quality assurance processes and audits to verify the completeness, traceability, and accuracy of project data.
• Ensure strict compliance with ISO 19650 and relevant data protection and security requirements.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear governance rules and delivery processes across the asset lifecycle.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Montréal, Canada
• Language: Fluency in both French and English (Bilingualism is fundamental)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Management, IT, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in information management or digital delivery within complex infrastructure projects.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 19650 and information governance principles.
• Experience with BIM, GIS, and digital handover/digital twin principles.
