Project Manager / Implementation Specialist (GPS Telematics)

What you will do

• Lead multiple GPS implementation projects from initiation through successful go-live.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, action items, and status reports.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and facilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, and executive updates.
• Gather business requirements, configure GPS solutions, and coordinate hardware installation, activation, and deployment logistics.
• Deliver installation, administrator, and end-user training for customers, technicians, dealers, and installation partners.
• Troubleshoot GPS and telematics hardware, connectivity, sensor integrations, and deployment issues while supporting post-implementation optimization.

Requirements

• Experience leading software or technology implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.
• Ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, escalations, and change requests.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate operational needs into product requirements and use cases.
• Experience coordinating hardware deployment and troubleshooting connectivity, sensors, wiring, or related technical integrations.
• Ability to deliver training and maintain project documentation, installation standards, and implementation best practices.
• Ability to work in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
