TL;DR

Project Manager (SaaS): Spearheading the delivery of new AI-driven insurance products to clients with an accent on managing complex client relationships and cross-functional technical teams. Focus on scoping projects, defining implementation methodologies, and ensuring scalability across global markets.

Location: Hybrid role, must be based in or able to commute to the Paris office

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of solutions, ensuring quality and timeline adherence for business and technical stakeholders.
  • Engage in presales and product inception to structure and track scoping phases.
  • Define project methodology, validate requirements, and identify key milestones.
  • Coordinate with technical program management to align product roadmaps with project execution.
  • Drive scalability by design while balancing project-specific needs with technical leadership.
  • Shape internal processes and tools to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a SaaS B2B environment.
  • Advanced command of French (native or equivalent) is required.
  • Business fluency in English is required.
  • Proven ability to manage large programs with 20+ participants.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to C-level stakeholders.
  • Proactive leadership style with a focus on ownership and service quality.

Nice to have

  • PM certifications such as CAPM, PMP, or Prince2.
  • Experience in the Insurance industry.
  • Background in Consulting.
  • Proficiency in additional languages like German, Spanish, or Italian.
