What you will do
- Act as a strategic partner to EMEA leaders to align people decisions with business priorities.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, and restructure activities.
- Coordinate cross-border HR processes and define clear handoffs between regional, functional, and central HR teams.
- Partner with leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and succession management.
- Use data-driven insights to identify people risks and support proactive decision-making.
- Coach managers to build leadership capability and confidence in handling people issues.
Requirements
- Significant experience as an HRBP, Senior HR Generalist, or in a similar HR leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex employee relations and workforce change across EMEA.
- Proven ability to support leaders in a matrixed, international, or multi-site environment.
- Strong analytical skills to identify risks and trends using people data.
- Relevant HR degree or professional qualification.
- Must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Experience in manufacturing, technology, or engineering environments.
- Experience working with unions, works councils, or employee representatives.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional HR accreditation.
