TL;DR
Associate HRBP (Media): Supporting the delivery of the People Strategy across the Scripted portfolio with an accent on translating strategy into practical HR solutions. Location: Hybrid (London Television Centre)
Salary: Up to £57,441 (including London Weighting)

What you will do
- Act as the primary HR contact for managers and employees within the Scripted portfolio, providing commercial HR support.
- Deliver culture and engagement initiatives that promote respectful and inclusive high-performing teams.
- Manage cyclical people processes including talent, performance, reward, and workforce planning activities.
- Analyze people data and insights to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
- Support organizational change and strategic initiatives, deputizing for the HR Business Partner when required.
Requirements
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Proactive and self-directed approach to taking ownership of priorities.
- Proficiency in using technology, data, and emerging AI tools to enhance productivity.
- Confidence and professionalism in handling sensitive or challenging conversations.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Must be based in or able to work from London (Hybrid)
Nice to have
- Previous exposure to media, broadcasting, television production, or other creative industries.
- Experience working within a shared services or centralized HR model.
- Experience supporting an HR partnering approach and working with senior stakeholders.
