Location: Hybrid (London Television Centre)

Salary: Up to £57,441 (including London Weighting)

What you will do

• Act as the primary HR contact for managers and employees within the Scripted portfolio, providing commercial HR support.
• Deliver culture and engagement initiatives that promote respectful and inclusive high-performing teams.
• Manage cyclical people processes including talent, performance, reward, and workforce planning activities.
• Analyze people data and insights to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Support organizational change and strategic initiatives, deputizing for the HR Business Partner when required.

• Must be based in or able to work from London (Hybrid)

Nice to have

• Previous exposure to media, broadcasting, television production, or other creative industries.
• Experience working within a shared services or centralized HR model.
• Experience supporting an HR partnering approach and working with senior stakeholders.
