Salary: $240,000 – $300,000

What you will do

• Lead the Money Platform team to deliver capabilities that allow product teams to move quickly and independently.
• Define and maintain high operational, reliability, and correctness standards for financial movement systems.
• Manage and mentor principal engineers and engineering managers to grow the next generation of leadership.
• Bridge the gap between complex technical decisions and customer-centric business outcomes.
• Architect the platform's evolution to support an agentic world where AI agents compose money movement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical leadership experience, with 5+ years leading multiple teams.
• Proven track record of building and operating large-scale distributed systems or platforms.
• Deep technical expertise to peer-review and guide staff and principal engineers.
• Ability to influence executives and translate business strategy into technical roadmaps.
• Must be able to work hybridly in Seattle, WA.
