• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Support candidates throughout the entire hiring process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a senior-level recruiter or search consultant.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dallas, Texas
