What you will do

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through compelling job postings, referrals, social media, and proactive sourcing.
• Utilize assessment tools and structured interview guides to support consistent, merit-based selection decisions.
• Coach hiring leaders on effective, unbiased recruitment practices and inclusive interviewing techniques.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4+ years of recruiting experience supporting professional or management roles.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and advising on talent strategies.
• Working knowledge of sourcing tools, social networking platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
• Must be based in the USA to support nationwide remote operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience sourcing in high-volume hiring environments.
• Hands-on experience with Workday ATS.
