What you will do
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Build diverse talent pipelines through compelling job postings, referrals, social media, and proactive sourcing.
- Utilize assessment tools and structured interview guides to support consistent, merit-based selection decisions.
- Coach hiring leaders on effective, unbiased recruitment practices and inclusive interviewing techniques.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2–4+ years of recruiting experience supporting professional or management roles.
- Experience partnering with business leaders and advising on talent strategies.
- Working knowledge of sourcing tools, social networking platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
- Must be based in the USA to support nationwide remote operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Nice to have
- Experience sourcing in high-volume hiring environments.
- Hands-on experience with Workday ATS.
- Recruiting experience specifically within the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with structured interview and assessment methodologies.
