What you will do

• Build and own the long-term technical enablement strategy for the Sales Engineering (SE) organization.
• Develop scalable technical onboarding programs, certifications, and hands-on labs to accelerate ramp time.
• Establish methodology frameworks for technical discovery, solution architecture, and POV execution.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate new capabilities into field-ready enablement content.
• Lead technical workshops, product deep dives, and competitive training for GTM teams.
• Define and monitor KPIs for ramp time, technical win rates, and certification completion.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Enablement, or Solutions Architecture.
• Proven track record of scaling technical enablement in high-growth cybersecurity or SaaS environments.
• Deep expertise in cloud security, DSPM, DLP, AI security, and modern security architectures.
• Experience building engaging technical content, hands-on exercises, and certification paths.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and technical storytelling skills.
