What you will do

• Own the trial-to-paid funnel, optimizing conversion across onboarding, activation, and checkout.
• Maximize seat expansion and reduce contraction by identifying PLS signals and automation opportunities.
• Lead a cross-functional growth pod consisting of software engineers, designers, and marketers.
• Balance quantitative reasoning (A/B testing, dashboards) with qualitative customer empathy.
• Define key metrics and ship bets to drive measurable business impact across the user journey.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management and/or growth experience with a track record of improving business metrics.
• Experience at a PLG or PLS company with an understanding of growth loops.
• Ability to manage both quantitative funnel metrics and qualitative customer pain points.
• Excellent communication skills for distilling complexity into narratives for leadership.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from NYC or SF.

Nice to have

• Background in data tools, developer tools, or data analytics.
• Familiarity with experimentation platforms such as Eppo or LaunchDarkly.
• Experience as a founder or working in an early-stage startup.
