What you will do
- Own the INSTRUMENT growth funnel end-to-end, spanning acquisition, onboarding, activation, monetization, and retention.
- Define growth hypotheses and run experiments on pricing, onboarding flows, and lifecycle messaging.
- Partner with design and engineering to ship high-quality user experiences and onboarding flows.
- Track performance using analytics platforms, owning event instrumentation and data-driven prioritization.
- Collaborate with the Sounds Growth team to build tailored customer journeys for various music maker cohorts.
- Utilize AI assistants and research tools as a core part of the product development workflow.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of product management experience, ideally in B2C SaaS subscription products.
- Proven track record of owning growth and funnel optimization with measurable business impact.
- Deep expertise in experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, cohort analysis, LTV, and retention metrics.
- Solid understanding of subscription economics and hybrid or usage-based pricing models.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong communication skills and experience influencing cross-functional teams without authority.
Nice to have
- Experience in music tech, creative tools, or creator platforms.
- Familiarity with freemium, credits, or virtual-currency monetization models.
- Experience with commerce platforms, including billing, payments, and checkout infrastructure.
- Exposure to AI-powered personalization or data-driven content discovery.
