TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $340,000–$420,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own the full revenue funnel from initial demand generation to closed-won signatures and expansion bookings.
  • Lead Demand Generation, Sales, and Revenue Operations as a single integrated function.
  • Design and execute the revenue playbook, focusing on AE/ADR productivity, win rates, and deal velocity.
  • Drive product-led growth (PLG) experiments and determine investment paths for product adoption.
  • Operate as an AI-first leader, designing the organization around agents to compound team judgment and creative bets.
  • Manage positioning and messaging across ads, demos, and proposals to ensure market feedback loops.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Proven experience leading full-funnel revenue at a B2B SaaS company (Series B or growth-stage).
  • Demonstrated success running demand generation and sales as an integrated discipline.
  • Experience building and scaling real PLG motions.
  • Ability to operate as an AI-native leader with experience in agentic workflows.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on accountability, constructive feedback, and conscious team culture.
