Location: Must be based in the United States
Compensation: $340,000–$420,000 OTE

What you will do
- Own the full revenue funnel from initial demand generation to closed-won signatures and expansion bookings.
- Lead Demand Generation, Sales, and Revenue Operations as a single integrated function.
- Design and execute the revenue playbook, focusing on AE/ADR productivity, win rates, and deal velocity.
- Drive product-led growth (PLG) experiments and determine investment paths for product adoption.
- Operate as an AI-first leader, designing the organization around agents to compound team judgment and creative bets.
- Manage positioning and messaging across ads, demos, and proposals to ensure market feedback loops.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Proven experience leading full-funnel revenue at a B2B SaaS company (Series B or growth-stage).
- Demonstrated success running demand generation and sales as an integrated discipline.
- Experience building and scaling real PLG motions.
- Ability to operate as an AI-native leader with experience in agentic workflows.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on accountability, constructive feedback, and conscious team culture.
