TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Growth & Acquisition): Owning the product strategy behind customer acquisition and activation for a digital platform with an accent on conversion optimization and scalable growth engines. Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $170,000 - $190,000

What you will do

  • Define and execute the acquisition product strategy across customer segments to improve conversion and activation.
  • Manage growth experiments from ideation to measurement, developing hypotheses and scaling successful initiatives.
  • Conduct customer discovery and use product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel) to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams to align product roadmaps with go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including CAC, conversion rates, and user engagement.
  • Utilize AI tools such as Claude and Cursor to optimize product discovery and documentation workflows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, specifically in growth, acquisition, or PLG.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven track record of owning growth metrics like conversion rate, CAC, and activation.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL and understanding of APIs.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or multi-sided digital platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Heap.
