TL;DR

Senior Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist (Logistics): Leading business transformation and process improvement initiatives by analyzing and optimizing business operations and workflows with an accent on process re-engineering methodologies and organizational change management. Focus on developing activity and data models, integrating new processes with existing systems, and establishing performance metrics to modernize federal operations.

Location: Remote (Must possess an active Public Trust Clearance)

What you will do

  • Lead BPR initiatives across all project lifecycle phases to modernize business operations.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and drive improvements.
  • Develop future-state process models, activity models, and data models.
  • Define and evaluate business performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align process improvements with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for leadership.

Requirements

  • Must possess an active Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with 4+ years specifically in Business Process Re-Engineering.
  • Experience with EDI/XML electronic data exchange technologies.
  • Expertise in process modeling, business transformation, and organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, supply chain, finance, or operations research.
