Senior Solution Strategist (Supply Chain): Designing and implementing AI-powered enterprise planning solutions with an accent on business/data requirements and supply chain optimization. Location: Must be based in California (Hybrid: Work from home two days a week)
Salary: $195,263 – $268,486

What you will do
- Act as a subject matter expert for business and data requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of data from ERP, PLM systems, and other sources.
- Lead the technical design documentation process and manage the work of Solution Architects and Consultants.
- Configure the o9 platform to solve complex operations and supply chain problems.
- Collaborate with internal R&D teams to resolve solution gaps and deploy fixes.
- Mentor junior analysts and technical architects on project-specific business and technical aspects.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience (with Master's) or 8+ years (with Bachelor's) implementing supply chain planning solutions.
- Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
- Proven experience leading the full lifecycle of supply chain solution implementations.
- Proficiency in using Agile methodology for large-scale enterprise projects.
- Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts, KPIs, and optimization best practices.
Nice to have
- Experience with statistical and optimization tools such as R, SAS, or CPLEX.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation software.
