Solution Strategist, Senior (Supply Chain Planning)

Location: Works from home in California, United States; work from home two days a week.

Annual base salary: $195,263–$268,486, plus potential medical, retirement, and other company-sponsored benefits.

What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert and escalation resource for business and data requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, go-live, and value realization for supply chain planning implementations.
• Oversee data collection from ERP, PLM, databases, spreadsheets, email, and other sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Lead technical design documentation, o9 platform configuration, complex dataset development, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, IT, business stakeholders, and research and development teams to resolve solution gaps and deliver projects.
• Manage and mentor Solution Architects, Analysts, Technical Architects, and Business Analysts while delivering training and securing stakeholder sign-off.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in supply chain or logistics; a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience.
• Experience with planning systems, ERP tools, agile methodology, and large-scale enterprise implementations.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain planning, optimization, processes, organizational structures, and KPIs.
• Strong analytical, data-mining, critical-thinking, presentation, communication, and training skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate technical, mathematical, and software concepts to audiences with different levels of technical knowledge.
• Relevant academic backgrounds include operations research, industrial engineering, engineering management, business analytics, computer science, mechanical engineering, or business administration with supply chain or operations and analytics coursework.

Nice to have

• Statistical, optimization, and simulation experience with R, SAS, CPLEX, or similar tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
