What you will do

• Coordinate projects across different teams and systems to ensure effective alignment.
• Lead strategic and operational projects from inception to completion, ensuring goals are met.
• Act as a sparring partner for strategic initiatives driven by the VP or Directors.
• Conduct complex analyses and independent research to support planning and decision-making.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth and profitability opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and steer project execution.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
• Several years of practical experience in strategy, business development, or project management.
• Background in leading management consultancy or a start-up environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and numerical understanding.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving scale-up environment with a hands-on mindset.
