What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of strategic and global DSP partnerships, acting as a consultant and trusted partner.
• Execute hirify.global initiatives using consultative sales approaches to increase ad spend and share of voice.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global operations, service, and analytics teams to optimize partner performance.
• Analyze partner performance data to identify issues and provide actionable insights for revenue growth.
• Partner with the Product team to influence future product development and strategic planning based on DSP needs.
• Accountable for achieving specific goals and KPIs across global markets.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in digital media.
• Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising landscape.
• Proven track record in relationship building, partnership management, and new business generation.
• Strong business acumen to develop long-term strategic visions.
• English: C1+ proficiency with excellent oral and written communication skills.
