Salary: €125,000 - €150,000 basic + sales commission plan

What you will do
- Own the GTM strategy and execution end-to-end for target European markets (Germany and Nordics).
- Land lighthouse customers to establish and validate market presence.
- Build and manage strategic operator partnerships.
- Set up and grow a high-performance regional team.
- Solve deep technical and regulatory challenges to make connectivity seamless.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Go-To-Market leadership and execution.
- Ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous environments using first principles.
- High level of ownership and a bias for speed and shipping.
- Deep customer obsession and a results-driven mindset.
- Availability for regular in-person collaboration at company hubs and occasional travel.
