What you will do

• Strategically develop and manage international key accounts for hyperscalers, colocation, and neocloud providers.
• Build and maintain long-term C-suite relationships using MEDDIC, Miller Heiman, and Value-Based Selling.
• Co-develop and implement the central segment strategy for data centers in collaboration with the Segment Lead.
• Execute go-to-market strategies and establish Customer Value Propositions with the Solutions Factory.
• Represent the company in industry associations (e.g., DCA UK, GDA, Bitkom) and coordinate lobbying at national and EU levels.
• Build and synchronize an internal cross-country data center community to foster knowledge exchange.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Several years of experience in international key account management or business development, ideally in energy infrastructure.
• Strong existing network within the data center segment.
• Proven track record in project management and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of the economic, technical, and legal context of complex energy infrastructure solutions.
• Must be based in or able to work from Berlin, Essen, or Munich.
